Professional photographer Nick Treharne shares the story behind one of his favourite photographs - a portrait of 93 year-old Peter Rees at home in Pembrey in 2020. When the photograph was taken, Peter was the oldest surviving Welsh rugby player having been capped as a wing three quarter for his country in 1947.
This portrait also features in a new exhibition of Nick’s ‘A Portrait of Wales’ project work now showing at The National Library of Wales in Aberystwyth until 28 May 2022.
